Principal Thesis

  • Philosophy gets its concretion in history, in our capacity to transform reality.

  • The starting point is that each human being has infinite dignity.

  • A natural man or woman does not exist.  Human beings are build up in the self-determination of the spirit interpellated by others.

  • Philosophy is a science; it endeavors to define, to demonstrate.

  • The inability to define justice, that theories have shown, is because of the separation between the definition of justice and the demonstration that it is one’s obligation to be just.

  • In the way they overcome the animal, and constitute a human phenomenon, that is to say ethical, the family and civil society form part of that universe of ethics that is the State.

  • The true subject of civil law is to be a person and respect others as people. Evidently this is not positive law.
