Author's Rights
Both books as well as manuscripts and unpublished documents of José Porfirio Miranda de la Parra are registered with the SEP (Secretariat of Public Education) in the:
NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF AUTHOR’S RIGHTS.
PUBLIC REGISTRY OF AUTHOR’S RIGHTS.
According to articles 13, 162, 163 part I, 164 part I, 168, 169, 209 part III and others relative to the Federal Law concerning author’s rights, the RORAC Foundation is able to share these rights with university and educational institutes or publishing houses when they are in accordance with their objectives. This can be done by agreement or contract with CEF Miranda.
Researchers or those interested in books or manuscripts of José Porfirio Miranda must sign an agreement which we will send them by e-mail.
