The UAM is an organization decentralized from the State, with its own patrimony and laws. It was created under the law of the Mexican Congress and published in the Official Federal Newspaper on December 17th, 1973.
GENERAL AGREEMENT OF COLLABORATION BETWEEN THE AUTONOMOUS METROPOLITAN UNIVERSITY (UAM) REPRESENTED BY THE RECTOR DR. LUIS MEIR Y TERAN CASANUEVA ASSISTED BY THE SECRETARY GENERAL, DR. RICARDO SOLIS ROSALES ON ONE SIDE AND THE FOUNDATION FOR THE EDUCATION OF WORKERS AND THE PHILOSOPHICAL AND PEDIGOGICAL INVESTIGATION ROBERTO OLIVEROS RIVAS (RORAC) REPRESENTED BY ITS PRESIDENT PROF. MARIA ADELA OLIVEROS MAQUEO, ASSISTED BY PROF. LUIS BRITO CRABTREE, COORDINATOR OF PHILOSOPHY BINDING THEM TO THE FOLLOWING:
Object
The object of this agreement is a harmonious collaboration from both sides in their objectives and use of their available resources under the following clauses:
Publicize the academic activities of RORAC under the terms established by UAM.
Lectures by members of RORAC at UAM.
Participation of academics from UAM in courses and events at RORAC.
Goals
To be able to achieve the objectives in the aforementioned clause, the parties agree to formulate and negotiate the content of programs which, once they are integrated and approved, will be raised to the category of specific agreements of collaboration, except for those with available services, publishing or co-publishing which will be known as “contracts”.
